286,000 sf existing plant renovation that included gutting and extensive cleaning to the entire existing facility, concrete and underground tunnel removal, installation of several large machine foundations, all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, and new paint on all walls and ceilings. New office spaces and cafeteria were also constructed and new facade built at the front entrance. Site work included new parking lots, asphalt drives, dock aprons, and removal of large storage tanks.
