This urban Hyatt Place hotel features approximately 140 guest rooms and 1,500 square feet of meeting facilities. Additional amenities included an indoor pool, exercise room, business center, full service rooftop lounge and bistro concept. The hotel's design takes full advantage of the site's picturesque views of the mountains while providing modern comtemporary design.
Scope consisted of red iron structure for 2 lower floors and metal stud bearing walls with core slabs in upper floors. Brick and EFIS exterior. Parking deck and all site work was included.
Completion was March 2016.
