Public Services Operations Facility - Mooresville, NC

Architect: Morris-Berg Architects, Inc.
New 88,000-square-foot operations facility for all staff and equipment for the Town of Mooresville. The facility includes office space, equipment maintenance shop, warehouse space, equipment garage and building and decant building.

Chester County Jail Addition - Chester, SC
Owner: Chester County
Architect: Pinnacle Architecture, PA
38,400-square-foot addition to the Chester County Jail. This project consisted of renovation to the jail and a new office and courtroom space.

Penelope Baptist Church - Hickory, NC
Owner: Penelope Baptist Church
Architect: Stan Winstead, AIA
The project was a 14,187-square-foot building to replace the worship space after a fire destroyed the origial building in 2009. The area includes a nursery and toddler room, an upper level balcony, pulpit and choir area, baptismal and prayer room.
