15,000 sq. ft. life skills educational facility. Construction is brick and block walls with wood truss roof. This facility is used to educate physically and mentally challenged individuals the basic skills to work and live independently. It includes multiple classrooms, computer and learning labs and faculty and staff support offices. The facility also includes a sophisticated mechanical system with boilers and water chillers with recirculators to point of use unit ventilators with economizer cycles. Computer control system, with electronic sensors and local computerized panels, is integrated into the campus system for monitoring and control.
