This project was the new construction of a 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility that consisted of a 25,000-square-foot production space and 5,000-square-foot office space with the option of future expansion of the office space on the second floor. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building with metal wall panels around the manufacturing space and metal studs with EIFS around the offices.
