Andrew Matthews and Jason Rainey, employees of Matthews Construction, have recently added Professional Engineer to their list of credentials.  Both Matthews and Rainey passed their final exam in June of 2011.  They join other Matthews Employees, Jeremy Norman, LEED AP, PE and Darrell Robertson, PE as licensed engineers for the company.  Below is additional information on both men.

Andrew Matthews, LEED AP, PE
Andrew Matthews, grandson of CEO Bob Matthews, works in the Charlotte office in the preconstruction department.  Matthews is a graduate of NC State University with a BS in Construction Engineering and Management Degree and is a LEED Accredited Professional. 

Jason Rainey, LEED AP, PE
Jason Rainey, works in the Conover office as a Project Manager. Currently he is working on interior renovations at Newton-Conover Middle School and Arndt Middle School as well as a manufacturing plant renovation for RockTenn.  Rainey is a graduate of NC State University with a BS in Construction Engineering and Management Degree,  is a LEED Accredited Professional and is a licensed General Contractor in the state of North Carolina.
