Utility brick cavity wall construction with steel bar joist frame, single ply roofing membrane. Facility includes offices, break areas, toilet rooms, shipping and receiving docks, air conditioning, and fully sprinkled.

BUILDING #2: Design/build by Matthews Construction Co., Inc. 104,000 square feet manufacturing plant, 16’ clear height, utility brick wall construction with steel bar joist frame and single ply roofing membrane. Includes minimal office areas, break areas, shipping and receiving docks. Building is air conditioned and fully sprinkled.

BUILDING #3: Design/build by Matthews Construction Co., Inc. Pre-engineered 75,000 square foot distribution center. Includes approximately fifteen shipping and receiving doors, wall fan ventilation and ESFR fire protection system.
