Kroehler Furniture Manufacturing, Inc. Conover, North Carolina This
design/build project was built in two phases. Phase 1 consisted
of 121,000 thousand square feet of furniture manufacturing Phase 2 was completed in 1999 and consisted of approximately 200,000 square feet of manufacturing and storage space. |

Utility
brick cavity wall and steel bar joist structure with a 2,700 square
foot office/mezzanine area. Concrete floors are 5” thick. An
additional 12,000 square foot pre-engineered metal lumber storage
building is included on the site.
